If you feel that your child is in need of medical attention and it is after our office has closed, you have the option of utilizing the following resources listed below.

Nurse Advice and Telehealth
If you feel that your child is in need of medical attention and it is after business hours, you can call our office to be directed to our triage center. An on-call doctor or nurse will determine where you should go to receive the appropriate care.
In-person pediatric visits
SOCPA Ladera Ranch
After-hours care is provided in our Ladera Ranch office in the evenings and on Saturdays. Please be advised that an after-hours fee may be applied for all care provided outside of our normal office hours. Coverage for such fees is based on your individual health plan benefits.

Virtual pediatric visits
Marque Urgent Care
Pediatric Virtual Visits at Marque Urgent Care can help evaluate, diagnose, prescribe medications, and triage your child from the comfort of home. The visit is administered by a CHOC pediatrician and is available 7 days a week. A reservation is required.
